Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are made to order and typically processed within 3–7 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via UPS.

Domestic Orders (U.S. Only) Standard shipping: 5–7 business days after processing Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at mysticartsdesignllc@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
